Ingredients:

  • 400g Cottage Cheese

  • 100 ml Whole Milk

  • 1 cup Aged Cheddar Cheese, shredded

  • 1 cup Colby Jack Cheese, shredded

  • 1 cup Cauliflower, steamed and blended

  • 320g Dry Elbow Pasta

  • 2 Chicken Breasts, cooked and shredded

  • 1 cup Buffalo Sauce

  • 4 Cloves Garlic, minced

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions:
